It Was All A Dream…

Overview:
Orphaned? Dead on the vine? Killed? (Advertising is so macabre!) Regardless of what you call them, here’s some ideas that never saw the light of day due to various reasons beyond my control. At least they tried their best.

The Free Speech From Hate Campaign

The Knight Foundation is a non-profit that supports democracy in America by fostering informed, engaged, and equitable communities. We were tasked with creating campaigns highlighting the difference between the freedoms given by the First Amendment and hate speech. At the height of the Trump era, these ideas hit a little differently.

The Thanks1A Campaign

The First Audi Social Post

I made this in an hour using found footage in the Audi Media Center. I replaced audio from real test drive videos and dubbed it over appropriate scenes to craft an auditory story of Audi’s motorsport history and exciting electric future. I’m still a firm believer that ICE > BEV but I’m keeping an open mind.

Projected Futures

We wanted to show people what the future would look like if they didn’t focus on climate mitigation strategies. My 20-year self would have already rented a van and a projector to get this one in the books.

The Audi x Nike Collab

We were so close. We even had a prototype! The Audi x Nike shoe collab of my dreams, five different designs, all with amazing names and colorways that looked the part as only an Audi shoe would.

The First Space Selfie

Reserve a time slot, stand on a virtual X, look up and receive a selfie from space. Creepy first-gen AI-images optional.

The LG x James Jean Collab

Artists were locked in. Designs were created. The only thing we needed was a company that wouldn’t scrap their entire mobile phone division in the middle of a world release project. This one stung a bit.

The Save the Children x Wu-Tang Collab

The infamous Wu-Tang album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, now in the hands of the US Government, had only had a single owner since its inception. We wanted to auction off the album in NFT format (2021 was a wild time) for one lucky bidder in an effort to raise money for Save the Children. This will be the first and only time I mention NFTs on this site.
