I'm writing this email to request a full refund for two of my latest orders:

My COMPLETE order of business cards (#33432473) are covered in yellow specs
http://www.jkrew.com/work/cards.jpg and are completely unsusable.

The brochure job I ordered (#78418588) last Wednesday and was meant to be
shipped overnight on Monday wasn't even shipped out by the time this email
was written on Wednesday. Not one email telling me it wasn't being shipped
out. Not one phone call telling me you all had complications with your
press.

I have been a loyal customer for over two years now and this is by far my
worst experience with any print vendor ever. Please notify me by phone or
email when my refund has been made.
