I figured it out JKREW.... I figured it out. I told you I would.
It's so simple you're going to shit yourself.
There are two wires coming into the motor. They are both hot. When they are both giving equal power the magnet in the motor is stabalized and doesn't move. When one side is the ground then the power moves through and causes the motor to move one way, when it is reversed it moves another way. Simply grounding one wire won't help because the switch hadn't been pressed and there was still power flowing to through that line, the full reversal hadn't taken affect, we were simply draining from a hot wire.

But I'm only going to fix it for you if you somehow reverse the nicname Johnny Macaroni. Because that name sucks.
